Smoked Salmon sandwich ~easy


Gutten morgen everybody... stay healthy and live well guys. Semoga semua berada dalam keberkatan dan kesihatan serta kelapangan dada.

 Penting tu kelapangan dada.. hati x serabut, otak pon x stress. Cik Lyzz pon selalu jgk stress lately. Balik keje da mlm..badan dan otak da letih.. tp kadang2 sampai terbawak2 stress keje tu kerumah.  Sampai nk tido pon teringat2 keje2 yg belambak kat opis and still outstanding tu. OMG..not good.

knowing nowadays mcm2 penyakit ada, and not to mention mostly penyakit ni came from food. "You are what you eat".. remember? Selain dari makanan.. stress jugak boleh menyumbang kepada pelbagai penyakit. So, better u chill2 n relax while u can.

Ok..back to our topic. sebenarnye ni salah satu menu "no rice day" kami which is weekend when we did not going back to our hometown.. is declared as "No rice day" to us. And which is.. approx 2times a month. At least.. kann. Tu pon kalau xde kenduri.. haha. Kalau ade kenduri.. its consider a cheating day. Yeay!!( Sambil lompat bintang.. ;p )

Sebab ape weekend j boleh x mkn nasi? Sbb weekend time lepak2. Chillax. Kemas rumah sikit2.. selebihnye lepak j. Weekday x larat kalau x mkn nasi. Keje banyak kat opis tu perlukan tenaga yg banyak jugak. Otherwise.. x sampai petang..da menggigil cari something to eat. Tu pon kalau sempat nk mkn..

Mlm pulak kena masakkan nasi utk DD. He normally choose not to have heavy lunch at office. Konon diet la.. tp mlm cari nasi. Huhu.. Xpe, mungkin sebab dia lebih suka air tangan Cik Lyzz ni.. good choice dear. So during weekday, balik keje cik lyzz akan masakkan DD lauk simple2 la. Luckily DD ni very easy husband. X kisah lauk ape pon..sume dia ok. 

Ok2.. sambung balik bab sandwich ni. Bahan2 sebenarnye ikut selera masing2. Kalau x suka salmon.. boleh tukar ayam or daging or bacon or egg or anything.

utk sandwich Cik Lyzz kali ni, Cik Lyzz beli smoked salmon jenama Live Well kat giant. Then cameron highland salad, roti sosej.

bahan2 lain tu guna ape yg ade kat rumah j.

Bahan2 salad: 
Salad
carrot (parut kasar)
Tomato ( potong nipis)
Keju cheesdale ( 1keping)

Sos:
Mustard
cili sos
thousand island

CARA2:
Belah dua roti sosej/hot dog roll..sapukan sedikit butter dan susun keju ditengah2 roti. Microwave kan sekejap dlm 1 min sampai keju cair. (Cik lyzz suka sapu butter pd roti to soften the bread)

Susun sayur salad, salmon, carrot, tomato diatas roti. Akhir sekali add on sos kegemaran. Sandwichkan dgn another half bread.

Kalau suka boleh add on sedikit olive oil sebagai finishing n serbuk black papper. Nyummm...

Siap!! Easy, yummy and timey.. hehe..
