Caramel Egg Pudding

Ada lagi yg tertanya2 resepi nk buat puding telur caremell Cik Little Lizzy tu ke?
Aritu da post kat facebook. Senang j nak buat..like my ex-boss said..this one is peaaaaannnnuut maaaa!!

Bahan2 :

5 Beaten Eggs ( size sederhana )
1 tbs castard flour
1 tbs essen vannila
1/2 cup fresh milk ( kalau kurang boleh lebihkan sikit )
1/2 cup evaporated milk
5 tbs sugar for the caramel ( hanguskan dlm kuali )

Melt 5 tbs of sugar in a small heavy skillet, stirring constantly, until a caramel syrup forms and become yelowish in color; pour immediately into prepared custard cups/aluminum foil pan. Keep aside and let the sugar cold itself for a while. Beat the eggs in medium level for 5 minute and add the fresh milk and evaporated milk into it, stirring briskly. Then, add the vanilla and Custard flour; blend well. ( Warning : Don't over-beat the mixture. Its enough to beat at a slow to medium level only. And dont beat to long. )Pour mixture into custard cups/ Aluminum foil pan with melt sugar just now. Put inside the preheated stimmer and stim for about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Unmold into shallow dessert dishes to serve. Serves it cool in several hours in freezer and with caramel syrup is much2 better.

Caramel custard recipe serves for 6person.

Notes : For Caramel syrup, boil sugar/brown sugar into 1/4 cup of water. Put a bit of salt and vannila. Stir until boiled. Pour on top of the pudding and ready to eat. Yummyyyyyy!!!!!
