Recently, I notice that my HP always running out of credits. Especially when the time of emergency..its really make me MAD. I did'nt aware of anything wrong yet until a few months back I really busy where I have no time to even call or SMS my peeps and families.
When suddenly I really need to make SMS someone, and I surely remember that my last balance a few days back is RM25++ then 4 days later, when I want to send an important SMS, then the message prompt that the SMS is unable to send to that number. And when I check to my balance, I was shock. Know what...the balance left is only Rm0.04. Homaiiiiiiiiiigoodddd..!! At that point, i know something surely goes wrong somewhere.
Then, I make a decision to check my statement online. I register online for prepaid online statement. From there, i see closely my credit balance. I reload my HP for RM10 in the morning, then in the evening my balance is left RM6.64 even I am not using it. Damn crazy!!!! in the night,my balance deducted another RM3++ left only RM3++.
When I look at my statement in the celcom online, it is not working.I think its because I just register into it the night b4, so, maybe the system unable to show the latest statement yet. So, i decided to call celcom customer service.
The customer service operator are not surprise of my report at all.In fact they said it is common problem where they are unable to control it. They claim it was done by the 3rd parties. So, for Celcom users outthere...if u received SMS from the number start with 3**** and asking u to download or view to some website or whatsoever, at that point u received the message, ur credit will be deducted for not less than RM3. As a solution, the operatior ask me to stop the 3rd parties from sending me SMS. They give me few 3*** series number where I have to send texting message "STOP ALL" to those number and of course there is a charge for that SMS which is RM0.15 per sms.
Ok fine..the thing does not stop there. When I send sms to those numbers to STOP ALL, the replied message prompt saying the service are not available now, please try again later. Damn!!!!! I tried 3-4 times and the same result occur which I am so frustrated.
Later, I did call the service centre again saying that why not they help me to stop those thing. I am their customer. Why they dont have a control over the 3rd parties and allow the 3rd parties to send SMS to their customers and deduct the credit balance from the customers? it is not fair!! and another thing, what if the CELCOM really collaborate with the 3rd parties so that they will gain more profit, who knows?? and to stop it, the customer have to do by themselves. OMG!! i said, in fact other telco like Maxis and Digi user did received the 3rd parties SMS as well. But the thing is their credit are not deduct from the time they received it. Unless if they respond to that message. Be rasional la.....I've been using Celcom for more than 6 years. By that i just imagine how much did they actualy had EAT my money then.
The best solution that the operator can offer me for all my concern is..they will report my case to the centre. And they said it takes 3 to 7 days for them to deactivate all the spam messages.Hahhhhhhhhhh???????? I even getting more MAD..by the time to wait they recover my problem until 7days, I bet at least RM60-70 has been deducted from my credit. Hell stupid!!!!!!!
I said to them...Thank you for the great services and for this joyful experience. You may want to recommend all your customers to move to other telcos.
Really PISSED OFF. ;( Booo Hoooooo CELCOM!!!!
